If you want to place ads below the title or at the bottom of blog, you can use banner, large rectangle, horizontal view or leader board ad formats. You can drag the capsule and post it where you do like. After changing the placement of capsules don't forget to click on 'save' button on the lay out page.

You need to click on the subtab of settings found in the dash board. In the page of settings you can save many things favorable to you. You should allow the search engines to crawl your site. And also you should permit others to put comments on your blog. If you permit others to leave comments on your blog, it will help you get some traffic for your blogs. Whenever some one visit your commented blogs, they will see your link also and there is a chance of visiting your sites also. Thus we can improve the traffic of our sites. Save the archiving frequency as monthly. Then only search engines can crawl your sites for at least monthly once.

Not only you need to submit your blogs and also leave nice comments on various blogs on various topics. This habit enables you to get free traffic as Google will crawl your each and every comment with your links. But, it's advisable to leave only 3 or 4 comments a week.
